2017 - First appearance
In 2017, SIASUN developed the first prototype of a port mobile robot for PSA. PSA conducted strict performance testing and review of the robot based on the world's top port operation management standards and gave full support to the project. With the infinite aspirations of both parties, the first port mobile robot sailed into the Port of Singapore. It has a rated load of up to 65 tons and a positioning accuracy of ±5cm. It has both strength and precision to meet the transportation needs of containers of different sizes. Two groups of people, with one mind, took a critical step from 0 to 1.
2020--Two Stars Shining
In 2020, two SIASUN port mobile robots were officially put into service in Singapore Port. They move freely in the busy port like giants. They are not only the crystallization of metal and code, but also the witness of wisdom and sweat. 2023 – Large-scale delivery
In 2023, 54 Siasun port mobile robots will sweep across the Port of Singapore like a steel torrent. The products will be more standardized, modularized and intelligent, ushering in a new wave of improving quality and efficiency.

In 2024, SIASUN delivered another 45 port mobile robots to PSA, and the cumulative number of deliveries has reached 101. This is a qualitative change in numbers and a leap in dreams. Empty container stacking robots usher in a new era
After the batch delivery and application of mobile robots in ports, how to realize the automatic loading and stacking of empty containers has become the new "key to upgrade" of the port logistics artery. With the manufacturing of intelligent port equipment as the core, SIASUN combines information technology and deeply integrates into the global port business, establishing a development strategy with the goal of intelligent supervision, intelligent service, automatic transshipment and loading and unloading.

The unique swing function of the spreader can achieve high-precision container alignment, which is not available in traditional stackers. Under the coordinated action of the dispatching system, navigation system, container position identification, and vehicle control system, it can complete the automatic handling, stacking, and destacking of empty containers of different specifications, and connect with SIASUN and other manufacturers' multi-type port mobile robots to realize the intelligent and unmanned operation of the entire yard process.

The stacking robot is equipped with multi-level redundant safety protection.
