SIASUN Mobile Robot iMRS 2.0 platform is officially released!

On October 25, SIASUN Mobile Robotics officially released the iMRS2.0 (hereinafter referred to as iMRS) platform, which takes mobile robots as the core, supports cross-platform, multi-language, multi-model, multi-protocol (VDA5050, alliance protocol, SIASUN private protocol), and large-scale mixed scheduling capabilities of thousands of units, providing integrated solutions for material warehousing and distribution at the factory and workshop levels, and can serve customers faster, better and more comprehensively.

Since its establishment in 2000, SIASUN Mobile Robots has independently developed mobile robot dispatching and management systems, focusing mainly on related fields such as automotive manufacturing, new energy power batteries, semiconductors, photovoltaics, etc. With the further expansion and complexity of business scenarios, smarter, faster, more efficient and more professional mobile robot upper-level systems have become an urgent need of customers. Customer pain points mainly focus on long project implementation cycle, more process changes, poor system stability, high deployment difficulty, poor user experience and other issues. In order to better solve these customer pain points, the iMRS platform came into being.

SIASUN Mobile Robot iMRS has six sub-modules covering the full-process, full-scenario, and full-customer full-link solutions from rapid deployment and implementation, early evaluation and prediction, mid-term intelligent operation and convenient adjustment, and late-stage intelligent analysis to enhance the experience of multiple customer roles. Industry needs are ever-changing, SIASUN provides standard + customized industry solutions, from analysis to design, and establishes a fast track from customer demand to rapid implementation of solutions to ensure that the solutions are implemented as soon as possible.

Agile Assessment

In the early stage of construction and program planning, we adopt basic settings, online initialization, simulation script writing, simulation task issuance, real-time simulation monitoring simulation, report export, and standard six-step method for agile evaluation to achieve the effect of early simulation and rapid construction. It provides functions such as importing design drawings, automatic composition of vehicle driving routes, multi-person collaborative scene planning, automatic calibration of work sites, one-to-one simulation of digital twin solutions, etc., which greatly shorten the construction period and help customers quickly implement projects.

iMRS-IOT

The Internet of Things (IOT) module of the SIASUN mobile robot iMRS platform can quickly integrate various peripheral devices in the factory, provide a variety of mainstream connection methods, and perform secondary abstraction of device logic signals into easy-to-understand corresponding device actions, completing the conversion from logic signals to real actions, and realizing true full-scenario interconnection of all things.

Container design

During the project implementation, with the help of SIASUN mobile robot logistics warehousing system (LWS), we completed the material warehousing, outbound, inventory counting, regional transfer, and warehouse sorting, strengthened independent design capabilities, provided warehouse area design, work station design, cargo space design, container design and many other functions, created a complete logistics warehousing system, efficiently connected to the existing software system, and facilitated customers to carry out full-process management.

On the transportation control system (TCS) of the SIASUN mobile robot, the AI traffic big model is used to realize functions such as congestion estimation, intelligent detour, intelligent obstacle avoidance, and intelligent congestion relief to improve transportation efficiency, improve the overall production rhythm, and save a lot of costs. With the completion of the project construction, the SIASUN mobile robot statistical analysis system (SAS) helps customers to analyze the optimization points in each production link in a long-term, fast and intuitive manner to ensure the long-term and stable operation of the system. SIASUN mobile robots are always willing to welcome changes and have created a large number of tools and methods to adapt to changes in customer needs, helping customers to cope with rapid process changes, providing secondary development, low-code development, equipment predictive maintenance and other functions to help customers customize and generate special functions.
