This shipment includes more than 100 mobile robots in two categories. They can efficiently and accurately complete tasks such as battery coils and automatic transportation of full/empty pallets in customer factories, and automatically connect with various types of workstations and equipment on the ground.

Among them, the double-arm lifting mobile robot adopts a double-lift structural design, combined with a high-precision motion control algorithm, which can complete the empty and full core exchange of the coil in a single time, doubling the efficiency and quickly saving energy. In addition, an automatically adjustable width upper structure is customized and developed for customers to autonomously adapt to the transportation of battery coils of different specifications.
The mobile robots use cluster scheduling technology and can be efficiently linked with the MES system of the customer's workshop to effectively cope with the fast production rhythm and complex process flow. It is reported that this batch of robots will be used in many important process links including the transportation of powder and foil raw materials, and the logistics transportation of cylindrical battery and square shell battery production workshops and assembly workshops.
