Before the full outbreak of my country's new energy market, SIASUN had taken the lead in developing robot equipment in the industry, and had in-depth cooperation and common growth with many leading companies in the new energy field. In order to meet the standards of the new energy industry for production equipment, SIASUN was the first in China to develop a full product matrix of new energy mobile robots, solving many pain points in the production process of battery coils, such as the difficulty in accurate and safe docking, and creating an overall intelligent logistics solution for the new energy battery industry from raw material/roller coil warehouse, front-end roller piece manufacturing, middle-end battery cell synthesis, chemical composition and capacity to back-end battery assembly.

In this bidding for the European factory project of the world's leading smart battery technology company, Siasun overcame many difficulties such as the time difference between China and Europe and language communication in the 20-month bidding process, and successfully won the bid surrounded by 8 internationally renowned competitors at home and abroad, and was highly recognized by the customer's European team. The products shipped this time are mainly mobile robots and supporting equipment for the customer's French factory. In addition, the project orders for the customer's British super factory will also be shipped in succession in the near future.
This is an important milestone for Siasun's mobile robots to enter the European local new energy market on a large scale. It also means that domestic mobile robot companies represented by Siasun will further continue their leading position in the new energy market globally.

The products shipped to the European factory this time are of various types and large scale, including more than 100 mobile robots in 3 categories, more than 300 buffer rack equipment in 6 categories, more than 400 docking stations in various categories, etc. In terms of mobile robot product design, SIASUN has not only adopted the mature product matrix in the field of new energy mobile robots, but also customized and developed new innovative products in combination with customer process requirements. In order to meet the technological development of the new energy industry and the special process requirements of customers, SIASUN has innovatively developed the first V-block forklift mobile robot, the first in the industry to use a forklift mobile robot to solve the problem of battery pole coil handling. The V-block forklift mobile robot uses a visual material recognition system, which can autonomously adapt to multiple customer process flows and 5 different material types, and complete the intelligent handling of poleroller coils and logistics data statistics processing. Different from traditional stacking, handling and other V-block mobile robots, this new product is smaller in size, more flexible, and has a unique design that is more adaptable to a variety of scenarios. It will also be widely used in the new energy field and other emerging hot industries in the future.

Create a full process solution for mobile robots
In the European factory project, the Siasun team not only had to deal with the large process differences between foreign customers and domestic new energy battery factories, but also had to undertake the overall solution of mobile robot material transfer from front foil and powder to end module lines. In addition, a series of factors such as the large number of project models, large quantity, large operating area, and complex docking further increased the difficulty of docking and execution.

During the project promotion process, the SIASUN team not only communicated with the customer teams in China, Japan, Britain and France on the project plan, and provided technical reference for customers based on the rich project execution experience in the new energy field; on the other hand, they had to continuously coordinate the process details with dozens of host equipment and on-site third-party suppliers from China, Japan, Germany, South Korea and other countries, to provide solid guarantees for the efficient and stable implementation of the project; at the same time, they had to rush to promote the design, processing and manufacturing of various types of products according to the project cycle, and carry out multi-line synchronous debugging corresponding to different process links, demonstrating strong coordination and combat effectiveness!
